Celeste is a personable, passionate, and proactive professional that loves working with her clients. In January of 2000 she started Clarus Consulting. Her goal was to work closely with her individual tax clients and businesses to help them solve problems and meet their goals. She has never regretted that decision.
She is an expert in personal taxes and does not even dread the tax filing season -it is a chance to meet with her clients and help them plan for the future. Celeste also works as a start-up business advisor, provides budgeting, cash-flow management, and overall business planning.

Erin, our tax preparer extraordinaire, joined the company in 2017. She has over 4 years of experience in public accounting and has developed a good base of knowledge in the field. She will work with Celeste and help prepare personal tax returns while juggling the duties of being a mom of 3 .

Alice is an experienced bookkeeper and has been working with Celeste and Clarus Consulting since 2002. She provides any and all back-office/bookkeeping functions needed by a company. She is also our "get-the-taxes-out-the-door" person during the busy season.

Jordan is the administrative assistant helping all of us with the back-office functions. Just hand her a job and off she goes and gets it done with efficiency and creativity.
She is a big help during tax season keeping the paperwork moving and filling in wherever needed.

Christa is our part-time administrative assistant ( also a full-time mom and part-time Physical Therapist!). She is an email away to help with back-office functions "in the cloud". Her organization and "get-it-done-now" approach to all tasks fits right in with our busy office.

We call Tom our "Driver", but he is so much more than that! He does pick-ups and drop-offs for our clients and is happy to answer any questions or explain paperwork during his visits. Our clients can't get enough of him- everyone loves Tom!

Mike is the latest addition to the Clarus family (and is also Celeste’s brother!). He recently retired after 35+ years and Mike has always been a “numbers guy." He has been training with Celeste to master the Tax software and Quickbooks and is ready to jump right in.
